Same as last reviewer, spent 45 min on hold, got fed up waiting, and eventually managed to fill in details online !! Wanted just to renew as my circumstances haven’t changed, but that would be far too easy wouldn’t it . Spoke to someone on the phone eventually but didn’t help anything, so did it online 🤦♂️
