thanks MCE, good cover at a good price, the telesales gentleman agent was very on the ball, helpful and accurate, got my 3 bike policy sorted with no worries. have had MCE insure me for 8 yrs.
the service is very good. BUT, please,please,please sort out the delay in your phone sales, I was on the phone a total of 58 mins, most of this waiting for an agent to answer. such a shame, a great service let down by poor tele coms. the art of verbal communication is very far from dead.
