Absolutely shocking customer services and spent over 2 hours waiting for one to answer. I tried their online chatline and they told me they could not help me so call up their colleagues.
Easy enough to fill in their form online but when you have any issue that requires you having to talk to someone - beware.
I would certainly avoid this company and use as reputable one instead.
