I had to ring to confirm some details. I used the number provided not realising it was a premium rate number. I was kept on hold for over 45 minutes meaning I was charged over £28 for the call. I entered webchat to ask about this and was just told “sorry we are really busy”. When I asked how I could make a formal complaint I was mysteriously dumped out of the session. It would seem that they are very good at taking payments, not so good at talking!
