Well it took me 5 pjone calls, each taking 45 minutes to an hour to get through. I've been a loyal customer for the last few years, I paid over £550 for my renewal as I wanted to stay loyal, only to find out I could have had my insurance for over £200 cheaper if only I had compared prices before I bought it. Will be checking next time, customer service was good thought
