It’s impossible to get a quote even though we had insurance for the last year with you, phone calls are charged I was on hold so long it used all my credit and I still didn’t speak to anyone.
Live chat is a total waste of time and can’t help with anything.
I’ve had to go on a comparison website and use a different company as it’s impossible to renew bike insurance with you.
