I took out a policy yesterday, but they input the wrong number plate!!!! I tried to call but got stuck on hold for too long (I have to pay for the phone call), so I decided to use the online chat to get this sorted. Jonathan told me I need to call the number, ignoring what I had just said. I asked if someone could call me back or email me, as I cannot afford to make premium calls. I received no response for 20 minutes and then the chat was closed. Terrible customer service, would have had more success drawing blood from a stone.
