half hour on phone to try and talk to human being
35 minutes to try and Re ew policy on line as too complex
I had 2 bikes to renew but couldn't on the on line application
then couldn't get answer on phone so gave up with 2nd bike.
Used to be 1st class now no class
Am stuck abroad under covid and can't validate by downloading app as not on uk google till next month.
won't use next year
