Had nothing but trouble trying to pay for my insurance online (failed about 3 times after having to fill in all of the details each time). And then when I rang, was on hold for 20 minutes before I decided to hang up.
However, the online chat was answered instantly and a call back was arranged. Once I received the call and paid over the phone, the transaction went quickly and without any delays. Good price as well.
Only marked down for all the fooking about I had to do in the first place, but the rest of the service was great.
