It’s very difficult to speak to you guys. It’s more than a month and I am yet to receive my certificate of insurance although I made full payment of £949.
I also don’t find certificate of insurance on online portal. Called many times but no response. Emailed today, waiting for 14 days and then no choice to contact financial ombudsman.
