No complaints so far. The price for my insurance has remained reasonable and my last renew went relatively smoothly with a helpful operator. I've been with MCE for a number of years now, and remained accident free, so I cant comment on the claims side of things, however I wouldn't have stuck with this firm if I felt untrusting of this service.
