Absolutely unprofessional, had put correct information on my quote and then had a message to call and then the hidden extras appeared to the payments. When made a complaint and asked a manager for his full name he refused and said his name is Phil. Total disregard to the customers and treated you like dirt. Would not recommend MOTOR QUOTE DIRECT to any one STAY AWAY. They drain every last penny off you. Never dealt with anyone like it.
