It's a No No No.
The most ridiculous and cheating insurance company I've ever come across. Staff are rude and have no knowledge about products. It took me ages to sort out a Vandalism claim which they recorded as my fault that affected my no claim discount. They increased my renewal rate three time. The claim department wasn't even helpful
