Octagon is in my opinion not a good insurance provider and has poor facilities of Customer Service.
1: It takes far too long to get an answer on the phone just today I waited for 00:19:15. A lot of the time their staff do not know where to transfer me or transfer me to the wrong department or do not listen to a word I am saying.
2: Their legal advisors were rude and degrading towards me so much that I have never used their legal support.
3: My car was damaged while in their care. I had to fight them and still not get any where. Their director ended up sending me a cheque to say sorry for the inconvenience and not the damages.
