You kept demanding that I sent you proof of 'no claims' which I tried to do several times and you kept on saying that I hadn't sent them. When you finally accepted what I sent you emailed documents which could not be opened. Eventually when I managed to read them there was hardly anything in them. I am very thankful that I haven't had to make a claim so far because I have no doubt that you would make it IMPOSSIBLE to do!
