I had no issues with OYD for my insurance for two years. I also had no issue getting proof from them of no claims bonus after ending my insurance. I however compared to all the bad reviews did not have a black box or app I had to use. I had standard fully comp insurance with added legal cover. I only ever used the insurance for windshield chip fix and had no issue getting in contact about that.
