Took out my insurance with them, they gave a good quote and I thought a good name too!
Then I retired, doing much less mileage and thought I’d update them. Costly error it seems, charged £20 to alter employment,?then £38 more as apparently I’m more risk now? Really??
I shan’t be renewing or dealing with them again, shocking fees behind the scenes and call taker just took pleasure in adding everything the call was going to cost me, charming way of dealing with customers
