Awful customer service from the Balloon shop located within the post office on Willesden High Road.
We purchased 15 balloon costing £22.50 which deflated after a few hours. I spoke to the manger today who would not issue a refund but wanted to give me a £5 credit to be used in store. Outrageous!
I won't be using either business again. The post office or the party shop.
