I have been trying to speak to a person about fake stamps but I cannot hear any of the prerecorded messages on the phone so I cannot speak to anyone. Before Christmas I bought 3 books of 2nd class stamps only to find that my friends are having to pay extra as the stamps are fake, I do not understand this as they were bought at the local post office. I now have 10 stamps left and no way of knowing if they are genuine or fake, I am a pensioner and can least afford to loose this money.
