Won’t be using P.O. for travel insurance again. Not as straightforward as it seems you personally need to then contact airline to get written confirmation of delay and reason for this. Although had premier plus insurance which had £600 In print as compensation even though delayed by 24 hours was told I might get £30 for every 12 hours then was put on hold and then cut off!
