Today I join the rest of you in declaring this is the worst insurance company in the world, no matter what your claim is it will never be paid out. I feel sorry for the people who care for their animals,do the right thing taking out insurance only to be ripped off by these cowboy scammers. I can’t understand how their staff work for them they must be totally embarrassed when they have to make up lies for this company. Over the last few months I spoke to many of the staff and I could tell from their response that payment would never come and they knew it. Shame on these cowboys. The only way to stop them is to expose them. With that in mind have contacted Martin Lewis and watchdog so watch this space.
