Claimed £40 odd pounds and took weeks to settle the claim. In fact they took more in premiums during that period. Finally settled the claim and then I immediately cancelled the policy. Then they had the audacity to reckon I owed a further £32 odd premiums and kept on sending threatening emails for this amount.
