total scammers dog went in with ear infection then grass seed was discovered in other ear all treatment continued
then infectiin spread to other ear to which purely pets considrered this a different claim so said i had to pay access again
it was all same treatment so they charged me two excess charges
rubbish insurance go elswhere for cover
