My dog is on lifetime insurance. She is 12.5 and has osteoarthritis. She is on an injection a month which costs £84 I pay the excess and 20% of the claim. They doubled the price the first year and now they have doubled it again, having no further illness, to £2300. Clearly they do not want the business now she is getting older! My advice change to another insurance company once your dog reaches 6 years!
