Can't get hold of on phone, hang on for ages then get cut off.
Can't access documents online, the policy documents are just not there when you log in.
Only send renewals out a couple of days before due and only by email
Keep you card payments to automatically renew even when expressly told not to do this. 2 days notice and £900 out of my account, which I didn't even authorise.
