Company renewed policy with my family member using my bank details. Would only discuss with family member and would not remove my bank details.
Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Customer service - terrible (when you managed to actually get through to someone)
Payments - They take payments before the due date
Prices - The quote for renewal was more expensive than previous year even though there were no accidents
