After proposing a car insurance with this company and seeing that it was not as I would have wanted due to them using a credit firm to arrange the instalments I decided not to go ahead with the policy 3 days before the official start date of the policy. I was informed that I had to pay £30.00 to cancel effectively what had not even started.
They clearly do not have an understanding of contract law which I am going to remind them of and to claim back the £30.00 paid.
There is a clear message, pay a bit extra and get better service and attention.
