not sure they are an Insurance company or an administration company/payday loan firm. They charge more for admin fees and changes than anyone I know, plus they charge 40% !!!!!!! for monthly instalments, WONGA !!
once you are in you are in for an expensive ride. grit your teeth and move on renewal
