We currently have a claim we are trying to resolve. However the customer services team we have been dealing with have been almost completely uncaring. We as customers have had to contact the police and get such things as the vehicle reg for the car that hit ours as we were not present when it happened. We have also been offered no hire car or courtesy car as technically the car is deemed drivable??? However due to the damage it is not safe to leave un-attended so we can't drive it and leave it anywhere... one thing after another with this lot. We have bought a car in the meantime due to our location (we are out in the country) and have been told we cannot insure that as we have a claim. All we get is comments like 'you are stuck' etc. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced TERRIBLE!!!! I will never use these again, I will ensure my friends stay clear too.
