I didn't feel valued as a customer, I was sent an expensive quote but when I called, the guy on the phone didn't seem bothered to get me on board as a customer, he just interrogated me, he said I missed my renewal email so there's nothing he can do. Really bad experience and still didn't got a good quote, he asked me for £144 for cancellation fee I don't think that's fair.
