Very poor customer service.
Had breakdown on policy.
Was initially told i'd get a call back,
As all agents were busy.
Got a call back 20 min later
Was told I had no breakdown cover.
Was put on hold for 10min for an internal discussion
Was then transferred to a different dept.
Very hard to make a simple claim
Poor communication, understaffed.
