Sure thing manage to make a simple transaction one of the most I have ever encountered.
It has taken a week to resolve the issues and set up the policy , in that time they have failed to reply to emails and messages , in addition to not returning call.
I have been passed between pillar and post . The process has involved , 8 members of staff including two managers. This is incostsistant and incoherent , the general theme is illogical , with some of the questions asked being unreasonable or bordering on stupid ( does the vehicle run on LPG when they already know it's diesel !
It might be cheap but you get what you pay for I guess.
I spent 6 hours on the phone resolving issues mainly created by sure thing , if I had my time again I would do it .
