insured with them for one year but they were too expensive for renewal.
My policy auto renewed even though I told them I didn't want to renew, finance with Close Brothers all set up, I got a letter today and they will treat non-payment as a default on the debt.
I am sick to death of hearing Elton John while I wait in the queue to speak to someone. Absolutely ludicrous company, chat doesn't work, emails take two days+ and the phone system, well I started in position 10 !!
I will never use them again.
