Rear window broke on Friday won't fix it till Monday. Must have spoken to 16 different people over 2 days but got no where. I live rurally so need car and not acceptable to take my money over £400 year and deliver no service at all. My child missed vital MRI scan as I had been promised car would be fixed on morning of hospital appointment. Then told to pay £600 myself for new glass and claim money back! Why have insurance if that the case?
