A very good company on the hole I've not had a renewal price as yet. I have missed a direct debit in the past company very easy to deal with and put right without interruption to my cover.
I've not required the claims dept so could not advise on this however never been left on hold when trying to reach any particular department I would remain with this company dependant on renewal price as have had insurance companies email and call to quote. A bit slow on this renewal quotation.
