Sales team were great! However, there was no follow up to the call stating my policy number. I called back and had to wait 20 mins for the phone to be answered. I asked for a receipt for my deposit payment and was told this was not something the company did. This meant that I'd formed a contractual arrangement with a company which has various cover-names and I have no immediate proof of that transaction by email. I have to wait for the paperwork to arrive by snail-mail. I was made to feel as though I was causing a problem by asking for some proof of purchase... despite being incredibly polite. Not impressed.
