Would not recommend anyone to take out insurance with this company.. The are nothing but money grabbing c$?ts I called them this morrining ad was told they would phone me back.. Still ain't had a call back.. Each time I contacted them they kept saying something was missing.. And I know that I sent in every document the asked for They keep adding extra charges this afternoon I receive a txt saying that they were cancelling my policy.. So rang them back and was told to ignore it but added an extr £25 on to my monthly payment... I have never had so much trouble with an insurance company since I have been driving.. This is the fist company in years that have told me I wasn't sent in documents.. But ther was still stuff missing... I had sent in ( proof of no claims.. Front and back copy of driving licence.. Signed and dated proposal forms and my licence share code..) which is everything the asked for.. I have even checked the email to make sure.. And all was there.., I highly recommend you stay away from this company.. I have now cancelled my policy and have to wait 40 days for my refund..
