It's just impossible to get through to them on the phone and they provide no other means of contact (email etc). I am currently waiting on hold for the 6th time in a row ( I hang up after 30 minutes). I have no idea how much the calls are costing me.
I recommend you avoid this shoddy outfit like the plague.
