So much misinformation given. Not open until 8pm at all. No access to finance dept . after 5pm as states on letters and e-mails . My policy will now cancel at midnight as I cannot pay my insurance .
Not the first time this has happened either . I could cry , I feel so ripped off by them.
Please anyone reading, dont be tempted be saving a few pounds a month, just not worth it
