I have been with the Policy Shop for 2 years in regards to home insurance for both buildings & content. I have never made a claim and this year's renewal is 50% more than what I paid last year and they tried to give me all excuses until they had admitted they had migrated with another company and this might be why. Is this really how you treat your customers, I would not recommend this company to anybody.
Please refrain from using them as they are committing day light robbery.
