I had to insure an empty property and the policy shop offered a reasonably good deal. The property is now sold and I have been trying to contact them for three days now to cancel the policy. Someone eventually answered yesterday afternoon who was taking messages and I was told someone would call within 24 hours, of course they didn't. I have been trying all day again today the longest time I hung on for was 45 minutes. This is the worst service I have ever had from a company in terms of customer service. There is no email address and their online complaint link takes you through to a European website. I will report them to the FSA if I cannot get a response tomorrow.
