I cancelled my policy a few months ago and thought I might get some kind of refund, returning the certificate of insurance.
But I have heard nothing from them, so am assuming that I wasn't due anything back and that they haven't bothered to tell me.
I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement from them that they received the certificate and had cancelled the policy.
