I have been trying to contact you to cancel my policy as I had found someone cheaper. Trying to get someone to answer my call was and still is a nightmare four weeks now constantly calling but no one still answering shourly you guys are not that busy. Looks like covid 19 has given all your company an excuse not to answer customer's call my call is important as I'm paying money for insurance that I don't need with your company. If there was 0 rateing I would have given you that.
