Rude, obnoxious, keep you on the line unnecessarily while they take their time to find out a basic question that a monkey would know! £50 admin fee plus additional fees to add my partner onto my insurance. Total was £110 for 6 months when my insurance for the year is only £280!! Seriously! Please, save yourself a lot of time, frustration and effort by choosing a recognized company. This one offers great deals but as you can see from the reviews, it's the sneaky hidden charges that are the problem and once you're in, you're stuck! As for Wiser Choice, I strenuously recommend your staff undergo further training as they are incompetent. Furthermore, you need to address your charges policy as you are quite clearly ripping off the public. Can't wait to see your company fold.
