I have tried to contact them to renew my motorbike insurance, but navigating their site is literally impossible. The only apparent way to contact them is through their "Customer Portal" and that just takes you straight back to the log in page. I am now going to let the policy lapse and obtain insurance from someone else. I dread to think what would have happened had I needed to make a claim.
