The customer portal would login aok but never work . Trying to use chat i gave up after waiting over an hour . Telephoning in the shortest time 15minute wait longest time over an hour. The staff were always polite . The £75 fee to cancel is very staeep it will teach me to read the small print properly . After being told the insurance company was goin to refund £73 but wiser choice were taking it i wasnt best pleased .
