As usual, you get what you pay for. Turns out that, aside from a cheap headline premium, I paid for a Company that rack up the call charges on an 0844 number and charge an additional £50 admin fee if I want to change my vehicle. Can't comment on what they'd be like if I actually had to claim but I suspect they'd be a nightmare. To call them the Ryanair of the insurance world would be insulting to Ryanair. I've told them I'm not impressed and won't be renewing (politely). They couldn't give a toss.
