Awful experience. Like all insurance outfits, they fleece you at every opportunity and make it virtually impossible to cancel/change your policy and even if you can alter your policy, it costs an extortionate amount. Completely disproportionate to the cost of the actual work involved. Absurd cancellation costs. AVOID.
