Do not touch this company with a barge pole! Ended my insurance with absolutely no reason or notification which meant I was driving uninsured for 2 weeks. They set up the wrong payment date at the time insurance was taken out and took an hour of my time on the phone to sort it.
I have emailed and written requesting an explanation with no response and when I phone I am told I am being put through to someone who can help but have been cut off every time.
Absolutely disgusted!
