Absolutely appalling. Involve far too many people in the process of a non fault claim and don’t keep the customer updated at all. Be prepared to do most of the work yourself as they, Markerstudy et al don’t like to do much. Thankfully the complaints dept usually know how to handle the complaints. They must get a lot!
